Aerospace Workforce Development
● Single
Consortia; Multi-Consortia[ $120,000]; ISS Engineering Outreach.
● 3
million dollars available
● Best
advice: read the schedule and follow carefully. Must talk about accomplishments
if
continuing to renew a program.
● Divide
Budget into each project.
● Integrated
Approach
This year's
criteria asks the question: "How
is it all connected."
Multi-Consortia must show a
"logic"
as to how everything this year is going to be very competitive.
Question:
Dave Bartlett: To what depth do programs need to hang together?
Diane DeTroye: It
's
more important that you find the hook that hangs them together. We often get
chicken soup.
Bill Lakin asked about the proposal and institutional support.
Diane responded: Add
a sentence for institutional support

commit the money in the award or you will lose it.
